Sustainability
We are dedicated to running a sustainable business. We source organic produce from local farmers we know and trust in Northeast Indiana, such as Hawkins Family Farm, BroxonBerry, Tree Frog Farm, and Windrose Urban Farm. All of our kimchi is hand packaged in glass jars. We always compost our vegetable scraps from production.
