3 tablespoon Radish Kimchi or Spicy Napa Vegan Kimchi

1/2 medium avocado

1 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

optional: a pinch of microgreens
DIRECTIONS:

Toast 1 slice of sourdough bread

Slice 1/2 an avocado - layer it on top of toast

Place kimchi on top

Sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil evenly
